How it should sit.
WALK 4 is designed to sit close to the body, high on the torso, with the straps adjusted so the vest moves with you rather than against you.

WALK 4 uses one moderate, fixed weight rather than trying to be the heaviest vest available. Four kilograms is enough to feel, light enough to wear for a full walk, and simple enough that there is nothing to configure before you leave the house.
